  • We problem solve and think longer term.
  • We review and challenge outmoded processes, updating our skills regularly.
  • We identify clear responsibilities, set realistic objectives.

Examples of what we don't want to see:

  • Passing problems on to someone else if it's our responsibility.
  • Blaming others, finding fault or moaning without doing anything to improve things.
  • Expecting that someone else will do it.
  • Ignoring others views and being blinkered in thinking that your idea is the only one which will work.

  • We create an environment where learning is a fun and rewarding experience.
  • We create magical moments and pockets full of memories.
  • We aim to inspire learners giving them the skills they need to succeed.

Examples of what we want to see:

  • We have a school improvement plan which excites us and gives us the opportunity to learn and grow.
  • Embracing new opportunities and celebrate success.

Examples of what we do not want to see:

  • An 'I don't care' attitude.
  • A lack luster approach.
  • A regimented silent culture where it is unacceptable to speak.
  • Only finding fault and presenting obstacles without any ideas for improvement.
