School Governors

Our governing body meets regularly to help shape the future of the school and challenge and support the headteacher and staff of the school. The governing board have three core functions: 

  • Ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction. 
  • Holding leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils, and the performance management of staff. 
  • Oversee the financial performance of the organisation and making sure its money is well spent.

Governor representatives:

  • SEND: Flo Bell
  • Health and Safety: Fay Scott

The membership of our governing body is as follows

  • 4 x Parent Governors
  • 1 Local Authority Governor
  • 1 Headteacher
  • 1 Staff Governor
  • 3 x Co-opted Governors

(Term of office for all governors is 4 years, the date in brackets for each member is the date appointed).
